Reservoir Run Flyer Distribution

Three GREAT guys – Dave Burns, Bill Flanagan, Tom Johnson, and I did a GREAT job at the Bigelow 5K on Sunday, September 29, 2024.  We’d never distributed Reservoir Run flyers at the Bigelow race. It was a very productive morning, with parking concentrated at the exit, entrance ramps, and railroad station.  I placed a flyer on the WEBE 108 FM van. Next up, SoNo on October 6th.

    In lieu of a regular Saturday 8:30 a.m. meeting at Norfield on October 25, all members are asked to participate in the setup and support of the Reservoir Run instead.

    Registration and bib pick-ups will be occurring at the Weston High School cafeteria on Saturday, October 25, morning, likely from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

    Members can help with registrations, setting up race signs, room prep, etc.

    Doogie Sandtiger, known as the "Croc King," has set the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of Crocs shoes, amassing over 3,800 pairs as of late 2025. A native of Connecticut, Sandtiger started collecting the footwear as a child because he didn't know how to tie his shoes, a skill missed during his time in foster care.
