Lachat Town Farm hosts Farmers Markets from June to September. Markets are held the last Friday of the month from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. These popular markets offer fantastic Food Trucks, local fresh produce, hearth baked breads, local honey, jewelry, soaps, clothing, and much more. We also provide free live musical performances at every market. In December we host a Winter Market giving the community a chance to shop local for the holidays. Pop up markets will be announced.

Awards Committee Chair Dawn Egan presented the 2024 Kiwanis Club of Weston Foundation Weston High School Youth Awards at the club’s breakfast meeting on Saturday, June 22, 2024.

Recipients’ friends and families joined to recognize these youth with impressive qualifications. Emily Brady, Chief Development Officer Ronald McDonald House Charities of Connecticut & Western Massachusetts updated the Weston and Wilton Kiwanis members at our Weston Club meeting on Saturday, November 9, 2024.

The Kiwanis room was first unveiled at the dedication of the new Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut in New Haven in September 2017. Emily updated us on the our room, volunteer and contribution opportunities, and plans for a significant expansion to meet demand for the important service to children.

The Kiwanis Room at Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut was made possible by the generous contributions of the Kiwanis clubs of Bridgeport, Fairfield, Norwalk, Weston, and Wilton.
